HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCTS TO ARRIVE AT MY ADDRESS?

The products always specify the delivery time of the products, anyway you will be provided with a product tracking number so that you can follow the entire delivery process. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If a product is defective or is not what you expect, you can make a refund as long as the purchase has been made 14 days ago or less.

In case the product arrives in bad condition, please take photos immediately where the approximate date and time of the opening of the package is clearly visible.

If you simply don't like the product and want to return it, keep in mind that we cannot accept used products (even if it has only been used once)

  • First you contact us through the chat or by mail so that we know that you are going to make this refund

  • You send the product back to the shipping address (we work with different suppliers so it is not always the same address)

  • Once the supplier notifies us that your product has been returned, we will proceed with the refund.

  • The payment can take a few days in dependencies of the bank or payment method that you will use originally for the purchase of the product.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Our store processes almost all kinds of credit and debit cards, as well as payments through PayPal. If your payment method is not accepted by our store, contact us as we may be able to solve it and you can process your purchase in another way.
